I’m Jen, and coaching people is what I do best. As a veteran Principal, challenging & complex behaviour have become my specialty (especially with boys). I love helping struggling parents to identify, minimize and overcome their most daunting behavioural challenges for their child. I love providing guidance to parents about their kids in the area of personal development & learning skills acquisition. I love guiding & advising educators on how to lead & work in all types of complex school-based situations. The more severe the problem ... the more curious I become. Let's face it, schools are complex ecosystems that are evolving rapidly. Students don't always have access to a professional who can help them with their personal development in an intensive one-to-one manner.

My approach is pretty simple. The relationships that I create with my clients are founded on collaboration, trust and strategy. I don't shy away from asking tough questions, in order to deliver a plan that aligns with who you are and what you want to achieve. Every situation is different.

The Back Story

Since 1997, I have worked with thousands of parents and students. I have coached and mentored teachers, educational assistants, early childhood educators, principals and assistant principals. I’ve been providing personal, professional and career advice for decades. From behavioural consulting, behavioural planning, communication strategies planning, to personal and professional development - my focus is always on building an authentic and no-nonsense relationship.
